By accessing this website or using our services, you (“Carrier” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Services

HARRIS DISPATCH LLC (“Company”) provides independent freight dispatch services.
We are not a licensed freight broker, motor carrier, shipper, or logistics provider.

The Company does not take possession of cargo, arrange freight under its own authority, or assume responsibility for transportation services.

All transportation services are performed solely under the authority of the independent motor carrier.

2. Independent Contractor Status

The relationship between HARRIS DISPATCH LLC and the Carrier is that of independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • A broker-carrier relationship
  • A joint venture
  • An employer-employee relationship
  • A partnership

The Carrier retains full operational control of:

  • Equipment
  • Drivers
  • Insurance
  • FMCSA compliance
  • Safety and regulatory obligations

3. No Revenue Guarantees

While we make every reasonable effort to secure profitable freight, the Company does not guarantee:

  • Specific rates
  • Load availability
  • Weekly revenue
  • Profit levels
  • Market conditions

Freight rates are determined by supply, demand, seasonality, and broker discretion.

4. Compensation

Dispatch fees range from 6%–10% per load, depending on equipment type and service complexity.

Fees apply only to loads secured and confirmed by HARRIS DISPATCH LLC.

Failure to pay agreed dispatch fees may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Collection action
  • Legal enforcement

5. Limitation of Liability

HARRIS DISPATCH LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Cargo loss or damage
  • Accidents
  • Insurance claims
  • FMCSA violations
  • Rate reductions by brokers
  • Payment delays by brokers or factoring companies
  • Operational losses
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Weather delays
  • Acts of God

Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the total dispatch fees paid for the specific load in question.

6. Broker & Payment Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Broker payment failures
  • Broker insolvency
  • Factoring disputes
  • Chargebacks

The Carrier assumes full responsibility for verifying broker creditworthiness.

7. Indemnification

Carrier agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HARRIS DISPATCH LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Carrier’s operations
  • Regulatory violations
  • Cargo claims
  • Personal injury
  • Property damage

8. Website Use

9. Governing Law
